Sooth and smooth out on sore or tight muscles and tendons. Use on whole or parts of body, great for soaking your feet before bed. Make a tea and use concentrated or add water. Contains 2 tea bags

Instructions: Add 1 tea bag to 3 quarts of boiling water, turn down to a simmer, simmer for 10- 15 minutes, cover and steep for an additional 5 minutes. Can be used by pouring tea and bag into a prepared bath. Can also be used by soaking sore area directly. Liquid will be too hot to soak directly into, while you wait for the tea to cool, bathing the injured area in the steam helps warm up the area and allows steam to penetrate superficial tissue. You will need to fully submerge injured area so you may need to add additional water. If the injured part is un submergible you can use a cloth to apply. Soak soft cloth and put them directly on affected area. All methods soak for 15-20 minutes. Adding 4 cups vinegar (softens spasms) or rice wine (warms tissue and increases local circulation). Note: Watch water temperature so you don’t burn yourself and remove immediately if irritation, itch or rash occurs.
